Self-Pay Pricing

PROVIDER VISIT FEE

Our standard fee for service is $350 per hour, ensuring you receive dedicated, quality care. However, we understand that your time and needs vary, so we bill in convenient 10-minute increments. This means you only pay for the time you use, prorated to the exact duration of your visit. Whether it's a quick check-in or a more in-depth discussion, our flexible billing ensures fair and transparent pricing, tailored to your schedule and budget.

MILEAGE

There is no charge for the first 10 miles from our billing address. After the first 10 miles, a $1 per mile fee is due at time of service. This is a non-covered service and is not billed to insurance.
