  • Do not use this office unless you would like to have to schedule an appointment for every little reason that they see fit. I was not able to even be told if my insurance was covered by them without an appointment. Avoid this office! ?

    n1 Response : We CAN verify if insurance is active/eligible without an appointment. However, we do need to obtain certain demographic details to do this. Therefore, we do send our intake form to obtain this information.

    Although we cannot provide any specifics related to this patient, a provider typically will request that a follow-up appointment be made when the provider deems it medically necessary in order to review labs, prescribe/modify treatment, assess response to treatment, etc. This is to ensure patient safety.

    n1 Response : A medication was out of stock at the pharmacy. The provider sent a different medication, which also ended up being out of stock. Patient called outside of business hours and did not leave a message. The next day, the provider sent a third alternative to the pharmacy.
